Evaluation represents and efficiency interpretation of both the qualitative and quantitative assessment scores, results and/or performances, over a period of time (i.e. cumulative assessment) regarding an individual's choices, behaviours and value judgements concerning the productivity of his/her acquired action models to deal with modern day requirements and demands made by changing circumstances.

The evaluation of all collected and interpreted assessment results (whether questionnaires, interviews, appraisals and observations) could be used to make informed decisions regarding continued education, instruction, pacing, training and support which need to be accommodated in an individual's LDP, refined as CPD goals and PLP objectives.
